I mean, I luuuuvv my MPC but....As a company? These guys suck. Used to hate having service issues with them when I worked at the music store. They were never easy to deal with, which leads me to believe you'll probably get nowhere with a petition to them. If you do get somewhere though, let me know so I can get a petition started about fixing the crappy build quality of my MPC2000XL. I can't even count how many times I've had to buy and install new buttons/knobs on that thing....But still, I center my production rig around it...whatcha gonna do
