Took 6 days for them to get back to me and their suggestion didn't work. I did get it installed OK on my Mac G5, but it won't allow me to authorize it. I update the Native Instruments Service Center, login, but when I go to the 'Product Overview' page, only Kontakt2 shows up (I have Komplete 4). How can I get Komplete 4 to show up so I can register it?
