I'm meeting tonight to discuss tracking it over. I'll do it pretty cheap. I'll probably dump the money back into some more preamps. I think I'm interested in the new Avedis neve-ish red things and some Germs for my 500 rack. Did I see an MC77 in a 500 form? Hmmm...
Anyhoo, I summed through an analog console and I love the results considering what I had to work with. It's funny how someone gets a bunch of cheap LDC and SDC mics from China and an M-Box and now they can charge big bucks for studio time. Not knocking equipment, but sub-par eqipment in the hands of mere mortals is pretty ugly.
