Sound PROOF is pretty much impossible for an area that size. Im not sure its necessary though. depends on what you're trying to do, if you want a dead environment to track vocals, while at the same time cutting down most of the volume heard outside the booth, then you'll be fine. If you want it so that there is absolutely NO sound heard outside of the booth whatsoever, then you're going to need a much bigger area to work with.
Im not an acoustics pro, but I think the pro's will back me on this one.
