I was a beta-tester for Logic in the Emagic days, and I don't recall any restriction on saying I was a beta tester. Of course you can't reveal details about the product, but its not a CIA job. In fact, even people who work at the CIA can say "I work at the CIA" - they just can't say where Jimmy Hoffa's body is buried or how many people were on the grassy knoll.
