I'd be very surprised if this wasn't to be the case. The features have always looked very similar, with Nuendo just offering more options for working with video, surround, post-production and associated hardware interfacing. They've even been leap-frogging each other, with Cubase 4 introducing features not present in Nuendo until now AFAIK.
I'm sure C4.1 will have these features - given the number of C4 users against Nuendo users, it would be
PR suicide to deny C4 users these evolutionary updates.
