| First choice for me would be any Moog product. I'm using a Moog Voyager for most bass-leads. That rules out any need for an external filter-unit. It can also be used as a filter with an extension-unit. Con: Pricey.
I also use the MFC42 from Akai. It gives a nasty analog-feel. It's got overdrive, phaser, stereo LFO-filters, midi-sync, tap-button etc. FAT. Kinda cheap.
Sherman is on my list, but I don't see the need with this setup. |
