I don't know much about how "Bleed American" or "Futures" was recorded specifically but for what its worth I do know at least one of them was tracked at Ocean Studios (
OCEAN STUDIOS BURBANK) in Burbank. I've been there and done some tracking with my friend who as an assistant for awhile and they do have some nice stuff. Also I believe if you go to their myspace page (
MySpace) there are some pics of the gear they use.
