Now that HCL came out with the Velvet I kinda wish instead of the Affinity and Solution I bought 2 Velvets. It would have been virtually the same thing but also would have an EQ. And from what I've read it looks like you can use any component separately. I wouldn't use EQ during tracking but during mixing it might be just the thing. Oh well... For me a summing mixer is the next planned purchase.
