I've never tried Lo-fi, but will give it a shot.

Do you folks generally add the distortion to all the drum mics?

Which preset will get me close? I remember going thru them all and didn't like any. I find the user interface to be confusing. I feel like a real newby asking these questions (and I'm not). Just not a lot of experience with live drums.
