The biggest difference between the analog and the digital. The analog felt a little "smoother", whatever that means.
(BTW, I'm running Nuendo thru Euphonix Madi to analog and madi to AES convertors on a system 5mc.)
Both felt more "size-y" (whatever that means) than the 960. In the track the tail seemed to last longer, probably due to the massive cpu they use.
It would probably make an awesone AD/DA in bypass mode.
