I'm not sure I get what you mean by this? Are you saying you could have gone glass:air:glass on the studio side, and then also on the control room side in the frame work meaning 4 sheets of glass total?

Yes, my first order were all windows 10mm laminated /16mm air gap/ 8mm laminated. I wasn't thinking at the time that most of this windows will have another window parallel.

I've done some homework yes , besides the project I have read a lot so that I don't fail in anything making all the hard work in the end not worth it.
