Some things that come to mind:

- I chose the measures between studs in favor of the boards size so that I didn't had to make too much cuts. It was a wrong decision, I should had chosen to space the studs so that the Rockwool would fit without cuts. It's way more work to cut the rockwool than the boards.
- when making decisions where the HVAC and ducts would stay, I should have thought of everything that would be on the ceiling.
I only thought of the panels and forgot about the recessed lightning, because I was not thinking of doing it in the first place.
- I also had a lot of problems for not choosing and ordering the material in the right moment.
- I made a mistake in choosing the glass for the windows, they gave me an option of doing it with double laminated with an air gap.(which is more common). This looked ok to me until I remembered that this way it would have a triple leaf, mainly on the 2 windows that seperate the rooms.
I was at time to change what I ordered. I had to wait 6 more weeks. And the glass had to be thicker than what I needed because the minimum to fit the window was 24mm.
So on the separating windows, instead of 19mm on one window and 13mm on the other, I ordered 28mm and 24mm, I didn't had an option, it was this or glasses with air gap.
