Something like a DM1000 without the frontend + mixer itself.
Make the Auxs sends controllable with the faders (like on the Yamaha digital consoles) and make a little dedicated pan and EQ section where you don't have to step through menu pages to acces the parameters but can grab an EQ parameter directly (again like the DM1000). And don't forget to make the EQ graph or plugin window appear on the TFT screen when adjusted!

Like someone mentioned there's nothing inbetween the Mackie Control and the 15K Nuendo controller by WK Audio. time for a change!
