I think that when this studio construction ends I'll then be ready to build one as I should have been in the beginning

Thanks for the advice. I know the existence of Green Glue.
And I do believe on the benefits of it.
But since the floor, walls and ceiling will have 3 layers (2 GWB + 1 Plywood or 2 GWB + 1 Particleboard ) to achieve greater stiffness, I don't think that for what I want the Green Glue would be overkill.
Not to mention how hard it would be to get it to Portugal
God knows the problems I had to get any Acoustic sealant. (It came from Spain and now from UK)
