SO it should have high quality components, especially the DAC. I have no need for AD conversion, just needs a coaxial digital input.

I am not interested in firewire, my laptop has no fw interface and I do not want to mess with the hassle of buying a PCMIA card with fw.

And i will like to know a good 24bits interface, with very stable drivers for XP/Vista.
