Very true, but one should never purchase something of that cost from a private seller without actually personally inspecting it and doing the deal in person. Even though you are "obligated" to buy it by winning the auction, if upon inspection of the item you find it defective or not as it was listed you have the right to cancel the purchase. An ebay headcahe for sure, but we're talking about a $40k console here.......A refutable negative feedback point is a lot better than a $40k scam......
