| Ok, I've figured most of it out on my own. Now I have a new problem. Let's say I have an audio instrument in Logic. Let's say Battery for example. I route the output to 3-4 of my Fireface, which then goes out to my Distressor. Then when I route it back into the Fireface. My newly processed signal is now on inputs 3-4 of the Fireface. I get the newly processed signal back in on a new audio track. However, I'm now hearing the layering of both my Battery/source/dry track and the new/processed/wet audio track that has been put through the Distressor. When I try to mute the Battery/source/dry track, it also mutes my new/processed/wet track. How can I get Logic to ONLY play the new/processed/wet track that is being run from the Distressor and mute the Battery/source/dry track. It's really hard to dial in my dynamics on my Distressor when I'm also hearing the source track at the same time. |
