Besides that, the MD421 and C3000 are two completely different cats.
There are many condenser mics these days that sound decent, the MD421 is a real classic, great for some jobs but a little hot sounding. For horns like trumpets the MD441 is better for example.
For vocals I would prefer a large diaphragm condenser and there are many of them in the $400 range, try them. |
The C3000 is a good mic ! But i only have the old black one.
And you comparing completely different beasts on the sennheiser side:
Yes the 441 is better. And the price ?? Your post is the joke here!
And please name your great vocal mics for 400$ then just saying try them... Not really a useful tip.
