When you are done shopping at Amoeba, you can walk down Haight to Haight Ashbury Music Center.
Streetlight Records is another good place for vinyl. They have a store in Noe Valley and one in the Castro. If you are looking for DJ stuff, there are a few places on Haight St. for that.
Of course, all that shopping on Haight will make you hungry, I recommend a buritto from El Balazo. Try the super chillie reino burrito.
