thank you all for the responses so far. i'd still like to know if there are any other ways to accomplish this method using, per say, a peavey 1600 console with an lxp-5 delay. i had heard of using this when i was in a recording workshop at my school, but wasn't able to get this to work.
any recomendations or a place to find info would be greatly helpful.
