No. PayPal® is worse than the credit card companies when it comes to that kind of shite... they won't do fuk all when it comes to protection from fraud.
FWIW... we run an "escrow" service around M-A for our clients... it costs $50 + a 3% processing fee if they use a credit card [the $50 covers our internal paperwork, the 3% is what the credit card companies charge us]... it's not something we make a big deal out of... but it's a service we've been offering for a while now and with all this eBay fraud shit kinda getting out of control, well I thought I oughtta mention it.
