you are correct!. if the singer sucks tone wise but can sing all the lines similar timing wise it produces a thick gooey haze that makes it more pleasant than listening to a single track. think 60-s. alot of famous stuff double tracked by less than stellar singers. ive found with 3 tracks you can edit at least a doubled lead vocal. on second thought just tell the singer they suck and buy them a drink!
