Dammit, one month late with this story, but oh well...
There was a point at which I thought SW were deadbeats...
I had an order ready, just wanting to place it, and had a couple of questions for my sales engineer, but the weeks went by and none of those questions had been answered.
So I thought to myself "this sales engineer is a friggin a dork," so I sent an email stating how unsatisfied i was for not getting an answer back.
After all, my order was incredibly important (digi001 based setup!

) and i was ready to do some audio damage and fade into being the best engineer ever. I did receive an apology (he had been at NAMM and couldn't answer my email).
As some years passed by and I started hanging out at different forums, I noticed my sales engineer was as respected member at all of them (no one other than Nika Aldrich!!).
Ah, the incensed fury of youth not being able to see past my own eyelashes.
Too bad at the time I couldn't see that the deadbeat/dork was me.
Since that unfortunate deadbeatsode, I've ordered a few things with SW, and the attention has
always been prompt and delivery ON TIME
every time (and most of those orders were last-minute). So far I'm not one that has purchased a lot of gear (YET, but I'm about to!), but I have no doubt that whenever I need something, I know I can trust my sales engineer Robert Williams.
