does any any one know where I can get some free software to convert and dither?
the program would be worthless if it did not dither , so make sure the program can do both functions.
dithering being of a good quality . the reduction or converting is the easy part .
so back to my original question does any one know where to get some dithering soft ware?
16 bit to MP3 that is not Itunes.
