If you're limited by the amount of 703 you have, I personally think that 4 4" and 4 2" would be a more effective initial use of the material. If you need to use 2 of them for bass control or boundary control, you can always build the frames deeper to leave you a 1.5-2" air gap behind the 2" 703.
