Yeah it's 115 over, but you won't have to replace the mic pre when you want to upgrade. You can just replace the mic. From my experience with the C1 and from what is said about the high quality of the Great River around gearslutz, The ME-1NV is a keeper.

Thats a good combo, the studio projects c1 is a fine mic in my opinion and it is cheap. If it had a Telefunken name on it or even a Peluso name on it ppl would be saying how good of a mic it is. So i think that is a good set-up myself.
