Do you have any space available? Then how about using the ADATs and the like as a songwriter's room? You could rent out the room and make some money with the equipment that way.

If that doesn't float your boat... since you are a business, you could give the equipment to a local school and use the tax write-off. Probably better money than ebay... and you'll get more biz as a result (in the long term view.)
