Actually at the moment I live above an elderly Russian couple. Yes, they are not as musical but they are also deaf and don't care. Which is lucky, 'cause once in a while I like to crank up my 100 watt guitar amps and see how long my hearing can withstand this sonic abuse. (Turns out very long - for hours).
