To Upgrade or Not to Upgrade?

I've got a Mac 1.33 GHz PowerPC iBook G4 with 1 GB DDR SDRAM. And I want to run Cubase 4. Is it worth it to try to upgrade it, or should I just try to buy a new computer? Please help!
