For all knobs?
Basically it is possible. However... some doubts regarding stepped knobs... We install matched components,of course - tubes,optocouples,passive components. But even matched components,optocouples,in particular,has some different characteristics,it naturally. These charactereristics can alter a bit during long usage. In case of usual pots you can compensate this difference a bit,in case of stepped knobs not. Stick with two ends...
