Here's one of my 50 watt universal bias protos, teflon wire throughout, hand bent and cut .1" aluminum chassis, designed with layout upside down and backwards so tubes are upright and jacks are on the left (all by me of course) and filter caps on the inside. It sounds great through a 4-12 cab:
