in the middle of the room DEAD

back wall half of the peak as the front wall.

so i'm looking at a position in the middle of back wall/ middle- but then i'm like almost 3 1/2 feet from my near fields (HS50's)
is this too far? i mean- the music i listened to sounded so much bigger- but then again- so little bass. very thin...i'm lost..

this was the spot where the 'happy' medium was between the nulls/peaks.
i'm to the point of thinking this room eq' software is flawed... maybe i need a better test mic.

maybe i should just trust my ears..glen...ethan? whats up.

ethan i've been reading your website religously and i still can't seem to overcome these nulls at 60 and 120-

help guys!
It sounds like to me you are going to need more bass traps. I tried to find the post with how many you made and what spots in the room they are, but could not find the post.

Let me know and lets see what we can come up with.
