It is worth noting that when building with rigid fiberglass or mineral wool it is best to wear long pants, long sleeve shirt, gloves, hat, mask and glasses, oh and SHOES.
Not that the stuff will kill you but you might wish you where dead, from itching so much!!
Take a shower after.
