OK. What you want to do is basically solo each channel (disable FX if need be), set up the loop markers from the start to end of the track, then select the export to itunes function. Do this for all the files and you should have everything you need. Exporting MIDI tracks will render them as audio.
Also, afaik GB will only export to 44/16.
