What if Apple wil make something out of the fact that upcoming 8-core macs most probably could host plugs like the ones from tc and uad. If these plugs came bundeled w logic X, not only would apple kill the competition but also generate a lot of money for 3rd party developers AND sell a lot of new macs. They could dedicate 1 or 2 CPU's for "super plugs" only.
