| Yes, room size will have an affect. Will you like it? Will it suit the song? Those are completely subjective. Anytime you use a mic, the room comes into play to some (greater or lesser) degree. The more mics you have up, the more the room comes into play. Experimentation will be the only thing that will give you the answer you seek.
