And, while they were probably innocent in this, I won't ever purchase anything from VK either due to this. You have no idea how badly I wanted that Studer.



Oh trust me. They looked into it. I work for GC as a manager. I get calls from corporate any time something goes wrong at my store. It's great that they do this for our customers.
