Hi there...

So I'm trying to expand my knowledge bit by bit - pretty good with compression issues now, but want to know about using an expander, both in the studio and live? How can it help out, what settings do I experiment with and what technically does it do?

I'll just be working with low end compressor units out of the box, like Alesis, DBX, La Audio etc..
