Does anyone use Digidesigns Digital 192 I/O in their rigs with other AD or DA converters? I'm talking about the 16ch box with AES not the regular 192AD.

Just wondering if it did anything to the sound? My thinking is with this box you could have for example an 8ch Mytek AD and 2ch AD's from Cranesong, Lavry, Benchmark etc giving you a lot of different flavors going into ProTools. I figure if you can have various flavors of mics and preamps why not AD's too.

Of course this would work optimally if Digi's Digital I/O didn't screw with the sound any. Thoughts...?
