"Uh... pointed patch bays?"
"Sure"
"How do you spell that?
"n e u t r i k"
"Nordic?"
"No Neutrik"
"2 "n's?"
"No, one 'n' it's N E U T R I K"
"Are you sure its not nordic?"
"Yes I'm positive"
"Ok we have one in transit but it might be here let me look in the back" ...............
(Returns 4 min later)
"No we dont have one but can I have your name and number and I'll call you back when it comes in?"
"I really need it today but thanks"
"Ok, make sure to ask for me when you call again'
"Ok, no problem Thanks"
