hi slutz,

I calibrated my room well for K-14! works fine, so far. But i wonder if it`s also suitable for mastering , cause if yes, i find it to be to loud anyhow to work with!!!

Cause if my digital limiter is in and hits 0dbfs (maybe -2dbfs for a longer time) i will have around 95dbspl in my room that`s too hot, and can damage ears over short times.

So I wonder how to calibrate it well for mastering, or do I misunderstand/overlooked something ?

Do I need to turn down the output of the limiter to fit the K-14 System? If yes , I will have to normalize the mastered file ? I`m lost there, if anyone can help i would really appreciate it.
