I just treated a snare track and the way the new samples fit with the original snare track is outstanding. Even the room ambience fit. That was the first time in using Drumagog in over 3 years that this has happened.
Another huge vote for the Steven Slate Drums. That and my Blue Sky 2.1 system are the best things I've done for my mixing thus far. Its weird how much the average listener can appreciate fat drum sounds. Even my mom noticed my mixes getting better. It also takes me like 10 minutes to get huge drums with the slate samples rather then ten weeks trying to make a bunch of plugins make the real drums sound like CLA's. I'm with you GSF, the slates are the first that really did it for me, and even though its been said over and over, great customer service!! I just got Reason and now I can't wait to start doing the programming.
