The immediate problem with that is simple...GC has the Blues Deluxe but not the Hot Rod and a local music store has the Hot Rod but not the Blues Deluxe. Apparently, the Blues Deluxe is a little harder to get right now. So...the local store (having only the Hot Rod) stated they were essentially both the same amps internally. Not having them side by side I asked here.
