im somewhat new to recording and have a small recording set up and feel the need to upgrade.

right know i have:
mackie onyx 1640 mixer
8 chan pulsar snake
bbe 1002 sonic maximizer
behringer power play pro 8 headphone amp
tc electronic m300 dual effects processor
furman q2313 dual graphic eq
24 imac with a 2.33 ghz processor and 2 gbs of ram
cad gxl2200
custom pc with amd 2.21 dual core 64 bit processor, 2 gbs of ram and a ati x800 pcie vid card
and a bunch of pa stuff (including another mixer, 2 18" mackie subs, 2 mackie 3 ways, a couple rack pieces, and couple wireless mics)

i was thinking about selling all that stuff and id probly get somewhere between 10-12 grand for all of it. here what i was thinking about buying it that money.

i have pretty small rooms so (control) 10x11x8 and (live) 11x11x8. and i cant change it because of the way its set up in the house and these are the only 2 rooms i have to use.

around a 2.3-2.5 ghz mac pro or g5 desktop with 2 gbs of ram
