We're tracking bass at the moment, 4 more songs to go, should be done by the weekend. Then we will set up for overdubs (guitars, lead vocals, percussion, harmonies etc. at which time I will have some more photos of the mic setups.
So far we have been doing one guitar track per song (using the little Randall RM20 with a XTC module) in order to be able to better judge the bass tuning (bass by itself is always hard to judge for me) and then the bass itself. I am recording 3 tracks for the bass:
1 DI with the MW-1, using the 30dB boost output to go into the amps and the balanced line out for recording the DI into Nuendo
2 mid/high range via the Ashdown amp and a Randall 4X12 guitar cab (Vintage 30s) through the Randall mic eliminator DI out (no mic)
3 Low end through the Behringer amp DI out (which sounds surprisingly fat and tight

)
The relationship of mid range and low end changes on a per song basis, so I keep those tracks separate.
Ty just had a Redeemer put into one of his Yamaha guitars which made it sound a lot better. His comment was: "The Redeemer turned a marginally sounding guitar into a fully usable instrument"
