Its to get a straight mk1 to mk2 comparisson chart so i was wondering, what are the differences between those two??

thanx
$350 is a terrible price for an original Powercore. You can get used Poco Mk IIs for upwards of $450 on Ebay and original Pocos/Elements upwards of $100. Unless it's packed with an Oxford plug in or two (or VSS3 or other good higher end plug in) it's a complete rip off. Also don't forget how long the old cards are and that they can't use all the current plug ins. Look on TC's website.
