This is purely wishful thinking, but with the money Apple has right now it wouldn't surprise me. A matrix editor for any audio track. It has the ability to recognize notes within a chord and allow you to change every aspect of them including pitch, timing, volume, and tone. It would also be able to do seemingly impossible things like correct the phase of multi mic'ed sources. For example it could recognize the snare bleed in the kick drum track and allow you to move it into phase with the snare track without effecting the kick timing. You double click on the kick track and all of the other drums that bleed into the kick mic will show up as notes on the matrix. You then simply move them, increase or decrease their velocity, quantize, what have you. Or you could simply remove the snare from the kick track by erasing it without effecting the tone of the kick itself what-so-ever. How about tuning only the G string of an acoustic guitar. I imagine a simple AI type algorithm could pull it off. Maybe you need to define the notes first. Say you play the snare at three different velocities and from then on Logic recognizes the harmonic signature of the snare. Completely non-linear wave files. It would pretty much instantly make all other music apps obsolete. And I think Apple could do it. Extremely unlikely... but remotely possible.
I love that list!

Of course, the program will likely take 5-8 hours to accomplish any of those operations, running on 8-core; older macs like my G5 will require at least 2 weeks to accomplish them!
