It's not even worth speculation. You won't know until Apple premiers something like that. If it is released, then it is... if not, keep getting work done in Logic 7. You should be able to make music either way. No biggie.
Anyway, we all know that all Apple will do is add new Softsynths, prettier colours to match the newest OS X theme for their professional products, and 8000 new loops.
