Actually the floor was done almost all by me but I didn't do much on the wall structure. I don't have much time and I am trying to speed up things.

I had a lot of problems getting the Neoprene pads for the floor, getting someone to make the windows and doors (I will have to buy them already made) , getting the ceiling isolators, getting someone to understand well what was needed for the HVAC... and the list continues...

That's right, that was an extra but it as been very useful. If I didn't have it I would not understand some parts of the project, and it's easy to explain to someone any part of it. I have a lot of shots and some very interesting like this one where it shows the ceiling panels details.
